Magnetic Hold Impulse Sealers

This tabletop impulse sealer has the ability to seal with ease. Comes complete with dual timers – one for sealing and one for congealing. A built-in magnet holds the sealing arm down during the heating cycle and then releases it automatically once the cooling cycle is completed. The sealing widths available for this unit are 2mm or 5mm. No pre-heating is required for our impulse units.

Impulse Sealers with Cutter

The Impulse Sealers with Cutters (C series) consist of 200mm, 300mm and 400mm models. All are equipped with a sliding blade that cuts excess material 7mm from the seal. The impulse Sealers with Cutters are excellent for sealing poly-tubing and plastic materials. Available in seal widths of 2mm and 5mm. Perfect for applications where roll bags are used.

Impulse Sealer (Medical)

This unit is specifically designed and recommended for the health care industry. It creates air and watertight seals on sterilization (paper – plastic) rolls and tubing materials. This compact unit has a built in warning beeper to notify the user when each seal is complete. This Impulse Sealer produces an embossed, honeycomb texture with a width of 10mm. This medical impulse sealer can be used for many other applications that require wider seals on plastic materials.

Automatic Single Impulse Sealers

Automatic programmable Impulse Sealers are designed for the repeated sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene. This unit is controlled by a plug-in transitorised circuit board and electronic timers. Uniform pressure is provided by a timer controlled electromagnet pulling the arm down. Automatic Upper Jaw Impulse Sealers

The Foot Upper Automatic (FUA) has the sealing element on the upper jaw and the silicon rubber on the lower jaw. This helps to protect the element from moisture and contamination. The FUA is designed for the continuous sealing of thermoplastic films such as polyethylene and polypropylene and makes a clean and secure seal. The sealing time in this unit is controlled by a plug-in transitorised circuit board and electronic timers. Food Wrapper

The MEC food wrapper helps to keep food fresh longer and extends the shelf life. It keeps products clean from dirt and impurities enhancing the appearance. This wrapper has an electric heat blade that cuts the wrapping film from the roll. The heated Teflon plate brings the film tight to the package, assuring a perfect and clean finish. Single Impulse Sealers

The MEC line of heavy duty Impulse Foot Sealers (FI Series) helps to increase sealing production. This sealer, equipped with a foot pedal activator, frees the user’s hands to feed the machine. Each unit comes complete with a pedestal, stand, adjustable worktable and foot pedal. Both 2mm and 5mm sealing width available. A Hot Stamp Printer can be added as an optional part to print date, time and other information on your product. Other options available are our Heavy Duty Work Tables, Stand Extensions and Tilt Head adjustments. They can be added to each foot sealer for your specific needs.

These foot sealers are excellent for sealing polycello films, humidity-proof cellophane film, polyethylene film, aluminum foil coated bags and gusset bags. Adjustable Angle Impulse Foot Sealers

The Adjustable Angle Impulse Foot Sealer (FIT Models) comes standard with the adjustable head angle. This option allows the user to bring the sealing jaws closer to the product by tilting down.
