Guy de Lambert
Guy is a packaging veteran, entering the world of packaging in 1974 in Christchurch. He has been involved in all aspects of the packaging industry, and founded Innovative Packaging Ltd in 1996. Guy's strength lies in his vast knowledge of products designed for the cheese Industry from wraps, films and foils, through to all sorts of machinery associated with cheese production. Guy is a longstanding member of the NZ Specialist Cheesemakers Association, sponsoring the New Zealand Cheese Awards for the last 14 years.
A keen fisherman and follower of sports, Guy is actively involved in his children's sporting pursuits. He loves to travel and gets in person to as many of his clients' sites as he can.
Gayle Hare
Gayle, like Guy, has been involved in packaging for most of her career, entering the industry in 1976 in Wellington. By 1986 she had a highly successful track record in the specialised area of adhesive tapes. A strong customer focus and a fountain of knowledge mean Gayle can always fit the right product with the job.
Gayle is very family focused and life outside of work includes: netball coaching, holidays and cruising on the high seas.
