Salafrom
- Dry Salting Machine

Salafrom is a compact machine which can be fed manually or included in a mechanised line.

The racks are conveyed to the entry of the machine; a bar blowing filtered air eliminates any moisture excess; the cheese is conveyed through a calibrated cloud and out of the machine.

Salt is evenly blown on both faces and edge of the cheese thanks to  the following possible adjustments:
  • speed of the cheese racks
  • salt spraying flow
  • salt outflow to the fluidised beds
  • seperate salt outflows on top and bottom of cheeses
